A self-made entrepreneur with close to three decades of experience of incubating new business and scaling up existing business ranging from IT, battery and car wash chemical brands from USA, Camera brand from Japan. As a leading advertising and marketing communication specialist he has helped some of the leading brands in India to scale up over last decade like Godrej Interio, Godrej Appliances, Adani Realities, Kurl-on, Tata Realities, Kotak Life, Racold Water heater, Duracell and Nikon to name a few. He also leads his advertising business Joshbro Communications based out Mumbai.

Recently, true to his instinct, he has also started partnering Global firms across Europe, USA, Africa and Australia to source Indian products to these markets.

Bedraj Tripathy

An entrepreneur at heart, has had a run in his career from advertising and marketing to IT, to Furniture and now personal Hygiene.

He has worked across most of the developed markets based out of India and USA in his Global role for Mastek. He has also led profit centers for Urja, FCB Ulka, Godrej & Boyce and had incubated a brand of furniture for JSW Group. All of this in the last 27 years.

He is currently developing living spaces out of old shipping containers or shooting (camera) when not at work!

Madan Mohapatra

He has traversed the journey from content, communication, marketing to Customer Strategy with clear sustainable business focus. After spending 12 years in Content and Communication, he has been heading Customer Strategy at Future Group for the last 13 years managing portfolios across marketing, loyalty & analytics, consumer research & insight, innovation & activation and market revival. His key strength lies in identifying and building new opportunities for business basis users, market observation and insight - be it in the field of marketing communication or building newer consumption occasion or business verticals. Understanding consumer needs, getting them to store and engaging on continuous basis for growth has been my greatest reward in the last 13 years.

Mahesh Kothurkar

A Navy man for 20 years then joined the corporate world with one of India’s largest business group in leadership role to help the turnaround of Tata Communication.

An alumnus of General Management Programme of Harvard Business School, Mahesh is now the founder of Global Footprint Advisory (GFA), a startup advisory firm based out of Mumbai. GFA collaborates with Silicon Valley and West Europe startups to create their traction in India. Mahesh is part of the advisory boards of multiple technology startups and also an advisor with cross border venture investment firm in India, Japan and North America. GFA has been successful in creating traction for B2B oriented startups in Core telecom sector (SDWAN, SDN, ITOM, Big Data analytics, Cloud Data migration), EdTech, AdTech as well B2C oriented startups in eCommerce and media content.
